So we talked about the progress , the future and the youth bringing solutions! We planted fruit trees and also started seeding some veggies. It's important to connect organizations and community groups with common goals and plans of action! The Peace Park & Garden on 5th & Locust in Milwaukee is fast becoming a great gathering ground and model for what's possible repurposing vacant lots with creative food growing and art activities!
