LIVE from the BEAT Foundry (circa '06)

The timeline for this latest 'New' release is interesting: " Live From The Beat Foundry" It's about damn time.....First written produced and recorded circa 2006. It was a very rough version that would be rerecorded around 2013, same lyrics and music. Music supplied by Jihad Barracks & Scott Summers. In 2019 the same recordings were remastered and made available to the public. These timeless, original testimonies are packed with some heavy messages and wordplay. Enjoy.

I‘m here to talk a little bit about my expertise of events and the purpose of some of these things. The Food Link Milwaukee and The Institute are very parallel to the Summer of Peace city wide youth rally, what we started twelve years ago. Very parallel because of the functionality, being able to take a lot of great minds and connect them with each other in ways in which they may have not worked with each other regularly. So we created an idea, if you will , which was more than an event which we do annually but it was also about creating a different conversation. So I’m gonna talk a little bit about "re-definition" within these events.

These snapshots are from a great group project that we are doing in collaboration with Heartlove place, my crew Reciprocity and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Activating the Martin Luther King Peace place and creatively using our great Green Space to figure out how we can program. some health and nutrition based activities or classes Outdoors for this neighborhood that needs it!
